I'm not sure yet. I currently have an LG Optimus T (it's like 4 years old) so I'd like to upgrade to one that has a newer version of Android on it at least, but I'll have to wait 'til I have enough money to buy a newer one.
Haha, maybe it's a sign? I actually sticked with my Nokia flip-phone as long as possible (until it broke) but never regretted the choice to go with smartphones. The down side is that you spend way too much on it xD
Yes exactly... and I can't afford a smart phone. So I can never enjoy these cool apps. -Sniff sniff.- Unless I get something else that does apps. like an iPod. Do these kinds of things work on iPods or other android/iOS products that aren't phones?
These are specific apps that are only available in Android. If you need a fairly cheap but reliable phone, you should consider nexus 4. It's last generation phone but it's extremely good for its price. I own one myself and still use it today.
I could, but it's the actual plan I can't afford. I hardly use my phone anyway, so a smart phone would be such a waste. And getting one for an app or two is not worth it. Can't afford it even if I wanted it. Ah well. Maybe my new Sony player will be able to handle these apps. They said it can handle any android app just as a smart phone would. So we'll see.
